Bronx Latin named a 2016 US News & World Report Silver Medal School

Bronx Latin School is ranked 134th within New York. Students have the opportunity to take Advanced Placement® course work and exams. The AP® participation rate at Bronx Latin School is 57 percent. The student body makeup is 51 percent male and 49 percent female, and the total minority enrollment is 100 percent. Bronx Latin School is 1 of 523 high schools in theNew York City Public Schools.

Bronx Latin – September 28th – Meet the Teachers Night!

meet_teacher-1f2f4qhAttention Bronx Latin Parents! On September 28th from 5:00 – 7:30 Bronx Latin will have their Meet the Teacher night for parents to meet the teachers of the 6 – 12th grade students.

6th and 9th grade parents will meet in the auditorium at 5:00 for an orientation and then will be able to meet with the teachers classes one on one.

12th grade students will meet with Katy Nowiszewski the CBI Director of College Counseling at 6:30 in the auditorium.

All other parents at 5:00 will be given a schedule to meet the teachers! We look forward to seeing all the parents then!

Summer School starts July 7th at EBA!

  • Summer school will be held at East Bronx Academy (1716 Southern Blvd) from July 7 –  August 18, 2016.  
  • Summer school will take place four days a week Monday – Thursday. There will not be classes on Friday.
  • Summer school will be held from 8:00 – 2:00 for high school students and 8:30 – 12:30 for middle school students
  • You MUST arrive at East Bronx Academy on July 7th at 8:00 to get your program and begin classes
